The Method

I have intentionally crafted a six~phase method to uncover what has been holding you back, to find clarity on what you truly want & to offer the necessary tools to empower you in embodying your desired reality.

Direct 1:1 Communication

You will receive 1:1 mentoring calls in addition to direct access to LaVina 5 days per week for any & all processing, sharing of insights, reflections & integration.

Online Wisdom Portal

You will receive access to the modules within the six~phase method through the Online Wisdom Portal. Each week new information will be drip released to support focus and implementation of the previous week's work.

Breathwork Journeys, Ritual & Ceremony

In addition to 1:1 calls, we will join in sisterhood & cultivate community in sacred ceremony. Expect to journey deeply within as we anchor in the transformation of each cycle.

What is the Method?

 

Phase One: Foundation & Clarity

This phase is calling you to unearth your subconscious/unconscious programming by reflecting on your birth story, parental relations & childhood. Here you will become very clear on what you want to get out of this deep journey.

You will set powerful intentions, write vows, and explore ritual to proclaim your vows that you promise to keep, for better or worse.

Phase Two: Connection

In this phase you will develop an intimate connection with your life force energy {breath} and your sacred temple {body}. You will learn how to utilize your breath as a tool in daily experience while cultivating a “felt sense” and profound body awareness to consciously identify imbalance & intentionally choose harmony. 

At the end of this cycle, we will join in sisterhood for an Inner Child Breathwork Journey.

Phase Three: Release & Resolve

In this phase you will receive very powerful tools for emotional release. You will learn about trauma, and how to utilize your newly enlivened “felt sense” to journey within and release stuck emotions stored in your body.

This time is an invocation for the energy of forgiveness. You will harness this energy and the medicine of mantra to welcome release & alignment into your being.

Phase Four: Sovereignty

Sovereignty is a state of self-governing, meaning, embracing full responsibility for one’s own thoughts, emotions & actions. In this phase you will learn, in depth, what it means to have healthy boundaries, and how to make decisions in alignment with your truth.

At the end of this cycle we will join again in sisterhood for a Breathwork Journey to anchor in the transformation & Reclaim your Sovereignty.

Phase Five: Activation & Pleasure

This is your time to receive the wisdom within your Womb Temple.

In this phase you will come face to face with your Inner Goddess, release guilt & shame around your sensuality & sexuality and reframe any misinterpretations around pleasure.

Phase Six: Embodiment & Integration

Here you will reflect on your journey thus far, and truly begin to craft the vision of your future. You will be given tools to explore authentic relating & conscious loving, while learning to embrace transparency & vulnerability as your strengths. Time to welcome all parts of yourself home within your awakened temple body.

To close this sacred container, we will join once more for a final Breathwork Journey of Rebirth & Celebration.
