Good luck finding a human being alive who has never navigated some form of sexual frustration.
This forum is for those of us who dare to lean into the unknown - to open vulnerably, ready to feel the full spectrum of emotions and sensations.
And through leaning in, through baring all of me, through venturing into the darkness, through being witnessed in my process, through allowing myself to be held by loved ones;

We are the intimately intertwined, superbly sexy, recently married couple, known as LaVina & Haribo.
Navigating the waves of romantic partnership, in and of itself, has been a master's course in relational//emotional intelligence and sacred sexuality.
We've had our challenges in the bedroom, we've had vicious fights, we've explored varying degrees of consensual non-monogamy, and we've stayed the course - devoted to being cosmic mirrors for one another along the journey of life and love.
We entered a new phase on our shared journey when LaVina went to her first ISTA training back in February 2018. Since then, we both completed 3 more ISTA trainings - Levels 1 and 2, plus the Practitioner Training, all of which have ignited our fires to serve community in the realms of intimacy and sexuality.
We step humbly and confidently into the circle, bearing the titles of facilitators, sex shamans, life coaches, and sex positive community leaders.
